You don't need any prior experience just bags of enthusiasm and a love of creating. You will leave the course with new skills and your new up-cycled side table.
What is up-cycling?
Up-cycling is the perfect solution to furniture that needs a little love. Don't spend money on buying new, once you have the necessary up-cycling skills you can save money by giving your old furniture a new lease of life.
What will the course involve?
You will have a choice of pre-loved side tables, from a selected range that can be up-cycled within the day.
First, you will learn the basics of preparing the side table, including the different techniques and which sandpaper to use for different finishes.
Once prepared, the side table will be ready to paint with specialised chalk paint. Choose a paint colour, and Willz will guide you through the process of applying and the different distressing techniques and finishes.
When you have completed the course, you will have the knowledge, skills and your own up-cycled side table to take home.
The price includes the side table and all materials used on the course.
Start time is 10:00 and the course finishes at 16:00.
